Hi there, I'm Sydney Reese (she/her). 

I enjoy working alongside people as they reach their full potential. I believe everyone deserves to have someone on their team as they go through life's difficulties. I would love to be your team member as you learn more about yourself, develop helpful skills, and become the best version of you.

I will guide you through exploring how your past and present are connected to your overall wellbeing; while helping you on your path to healing your present and future.

In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor,  I am working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).  

Spector "Dr. Spec" often accompanies me for in-person sessions. He is hypoallergenic, a Canine Good Citizen, and Certified Therapy Dog. Dr. Spec loves meeting new friends at the office, and providing a unique and invaluable form of support to our clients.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hanging with my pets, and boating.
