Hi there, I'm Melissa Lichtenberger (she/her).

I understand that past experiences and societal messages can impact your self-worth and overall enjoyment in life. My passion lies in helping clients discover the beauty within and surrounding their everyday lives.

I will aid you in developing resiliency within various life circumstances; while providing support as you discover and build upon your internal strengths.

I see each person as valuable and valid. I am skilled in working with people identifying with any sexuality, gender, race, and faith.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In addition, I am working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).  

When I'm not spending time with my two daughters and two rescues, Norris and Nacho, I enjoy fossil-hunting, painting, and professionally making cookies.
