Hi there, I'm Aubrey Oughterson (she/her). 

I take a holistic approach to healing and wellness. I believe in the power of the mind to heal the emotional ailments that afflict us and to renew to body, mind and spirit.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Intern at Bloom, enrolled in Wake Forest University. In addition to therapeutic sessions, my experience through my practicum includes me serving as Bloom's administrative assistant.

My passion lies in assisting people in successfully meeting their needs and goals. I am dedicated to creating a space where people feel confident in their ability to learn the skills to process life experiences, cope with negative emotions, and enjoy healthier relationships with themselves and others for better health and abundance.

When not working or in school, I love spending time with my family and traveling.
