Meet Elizabeth
Hi there, I'm Elizabeth Rubin (she/her).
My approach is client-centered, meaning that your unique needs and goals towards mental and emotional well-being are at the forefront of our work together. We will collaborate to develop personalized strategies and techniques that align with your aspirations for positive change.
I believe that healing is possible for everyone. My dedication lies in assisting clients in unlocking their innate strengths, rekindling hope, and uncovering their inner capabilities to pursue a brighter and more fulfilling life.
My goal is to foster a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where clients feel accepted, understood, and empowered regardless of their past experiences, choices, or current struggles.
I am a licensed-eligible therapist. I continuously engage in ongoing education and training to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches. In addition, I am working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).
My free time is spent with two furry companions, my dog, Violet, and my cat, Poppy. I also enjoy floating in the ocean and listening to a variety of music.
* All therapeutic sessions with me are held in-person in Stuart or virtually.
