Hi there, I'm Lara Lough (she/her).

In a world where we are often bombarded with "you're not [attractive/successful/good/fill-in-the-blank] enough" I believe it is important to have a haven to heal from these negative beliefs. I hope to have the opportunity and honor to help you create that haven and begin a healing journey.

I know that all people have the capacity to overcome trauma, adversity, and other hurts when they are both ready and empowered. I am passionate about assisting my clients in discovering their strengths and resilience while also learning more about their mental health. 

I am a licensed-eligible therapist. In addition, I am working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp™).  

Outside of work hours I am a hobby bee keeper. I enjoy being outside with the bees and crafting inside with a crochet hook. I love to spend time with my family, which includes human, bird, bee, cat, and dog members!
